Program and Sales Manager
Role and Responsibilities
- Approach potential clients, prepare proposals for the clients, and pitch our services to them, emphasizing the value our analytics solutions can bring to their businesses.
- Establish and build long-lasting connections with customers by learning their unique needs, exceeding their expectations, and working together to solve their problems.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services.
- Liaise with analytics consultants, data scientists, and other team members to ensure that project goals are clearly defined and that resources are allocated as efficiently as possible.
- Create a collaborative work environment, promote skill development, and maintain a high level of employee retention. Promote an environment where new ideas and methods can flourish within the organization, as well as best practices for using data analytics.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data and analytics/IT consulting, with direct responsibility for expanding new client revenue streams.
- Lead and manage presales by initiating technical conversations with potential clients in order to instill trust in Intellentech’s service offering.
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate and convey complex ideas and concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
- You must have the ability to adapt your communication style to various audiences, ranging from technical experts to business executives.
- Must have experience creating structured and concise proposals, reports, and marketing materials, that have effective messaging and are consistent with Intellentech’s brand and tone.
- Ability to deliver engaging, informative, and persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
- Create win-win solutions with clients, partners, and vendors through effective negotiation, ensuring the best outcomes for both parties while maintaining strong relationships.
- Ability to resolve conflicts with clients or partners through active listening and problem-solving skills to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions.
- Be able to leverage existing networks to engage with organizations that may require Data and analytics or application development services.
Educational Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering is preferred.

- Cloud Deployment Skills with any hyperscaler
- SAP Planning & Analytics
- Microsoft Data and Analytics Solutions
Professional and Technical Accreditation
• Program Management certification is preferred
• Cloud or Analytics certification will be an added advantage
